*Sign-Up Required For All Running Times
Mondays 5:00pm
Tuesdays 6:00am
Thursdays 7:00am
Saturdays 8:00am Beginner Runners

We Will Be Participating In Races Across Long Island (runners are not required to participate in races).

*Running is an exercise that requires commitment, will and endurance. Running is not easy, but given the chance it is an exercise that will change your body and mind like no other exercise.

**You may use our babysitting room if babysitting is in progress. We will be carrying cell phones in case of an emergency.
