Combines Yoga and Pilates to help strengthen your "core" and lower back, with Pilates style exercises while you create flexibility and alignment through Yoga postures focusing on the breath. A dynamic flowing strength building class! Using your own bodies resistance movement are linked together by breath building core strength with Pilates exercises as well as flexibility and stamina with yoga. A great workout.
