Ashtanga Yoga
A vigorous style of specific asanas (flow of posture) are sequenced to emphasize breathe, strength, flexibility and endurance.
Vinyasa Yoga
Characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to breathe. Improves strength, flexibility and toning, decreases stress and enhances body awareness.
Yoga Flow
A practice of continuous flowing yoga postures that can easily be challenging or modified.
