Boxing is one of the best workouts you can do to transform your entire body. Kevin Kicked My Butt! Now he wants to Kick Yours!
Kevin trained under former Nigerian Champion and World Ranked boxer, Michael Olajide Sr., at Kingsway Gym in NYC. He has also sparred with former Lightweight and Welterweight Champion and boxing legend, Robert Duran.
Kevin is a Certified Personal Trainer, holding two certifications, AAPTE/Hofstra University (CE), and ACE. The Academy of Applied Personal Training Education places an emphasis on the musculoskeletal system and proper biomechanics. When training a boxing client, Kevin empahsizes proper technique and alignment for optimum results.
