Class Information

This method of training strengthens the muscle, and creates endurance for all muscle groups. Body sculpting is ideal for those who wish to avoid high-impact aerobic exercising, such as jumping, lunging, jolting, and stepping. These movements are harsh on the joints and can cause injury. Body sculpting includes free weights, resistance machines, exercise balls, and variable resistance tension bands. Total body conditioning exercises, using dumbells, body bars, exercise balls and resistance bands to create a leaner, stronger more flexible body. Pilates exercises are incorporated on the ball and on the mat. Class varies per instructor.
